Creative Director and founder Debi Ani has a meticulous eye for detail and her finger on the pulse of design nirvana. Debi has worked on projects across the globe, including the USA, Japan, India, Hong Kong, Brazil and Italy. Her celebrity clients include Diana Ross, David Downton and Kirstie Allsopp. Driven by a quest for harmony and beauty in the visual image, everything Oro Design produces bears Debi Ani’s name, and conforms to her exacting standards. Clients rely on her understanding of their unique needs and tastes and attention to every last detail. Debi is Creative Director, principal designer and point of contact for all Oro Design’s clients.
A legend of our times, Peter's iconic calligraphy, lettering, type design and illustration is adored by people throughout the world. Sharing a passion for fastidious attention to detail, Peter’s partnership with Debi has spanned over 16 years and produced exquisitely flawless logos and bespoke typography. Peter's work identifies hundreds of brands and institutions – from Agent Provocateur to The Royal Palaces and is proud to say some of his best work has been produced in collaboration with Oro Design.
Inspiring journalist and copywriter, Victoria, wrote on interiors and lifestyle for The Times and The Sunday Times for over a decade before joining Oro Design. Her instinctive, witty approach to branding is an intrinsic part of our organic, fluid process. Together with Debi she facilitates the conceptual stage of every Brand Creation project. Her words form the first building blocks of the design, infusing our brands with sparkle and enabling compelling verbal communications.
Dan and Sarah's talent lies in translating Debi's stunning designs into digital reality. Web designers and developers with uncommonly excellent communication skills and over 15 years' experience, their expertise is in web design/development, e-commerce, online marketing, analytics and social media. They build custom and Wordpress sites which not only look beautiful, but offer the most intuitive user experience, with functionality and search engine optimisation (SEO) at the forefront of the work.
With a background in luxury fashion and textiles and equally at home with a sketch pad and a screen, Lily designed costumes for Lady Gaga and created Gianni Versace’s complex baroque prints in Milan before joining Oro Design. In addition to creating beautiful patterns for our brands, Lily undertakes everything from organisation and layout of Treasure House Company's annual 600-page catalogue, to flawless photographic retouching with dedication and skill.
